Responsibility is the way in which a leader has to be selfless and not let any follower become ineffective in doing any work in the organization. There has to be more awareness raised within the subconscious and conscious levels of the minds of leaders to ensure that responsibility is not taken for granted. There cannot be responsibility taken by being selfish and only reacting to situations in need. There has to be responsibility taken in times of urgency as well as in normal circumstances. This is because responsibility has to do with ensuring that the sense of individual responsibility is imbibed within the psyches of individual followers. There must also be
